Flared cylinders are designed for both Thickness and Length increases. They have a wide, smooth and comfortable flared end with aprox ¼ inch restriction at the opening. Choose this type if you are just starting out.		ThickWall cylinders are best when used after a Flared cylinder. They are designed for working on mostly length after you have achieved most of the thickness you are looking for.		Elliptical ThickWall cylinders are shaped closer to the anatomical shape of the penis. They are designed for working on both Thickness and Length.
